Crawley Boat House or Crawley Edge Boatshed on the swan river near King's Park in Perth. Apparently this is the most photographed building in Perth. Tourists flock from all over the world to take selfies here. No selfies today, just a long exposure at sunrise from our trip West.
Water source on a farm near Corrigin in Western Australia. Water is life out here.
An early morning long exposure shot by the shore of Lake Lago Nahual Huapi, Argentina, looking out to the Andes mountain range on the border with Chile. Villa La Angostura is near by. I don’t usually do composites, but I thought this image really benefited from one. In my first exposure I liked the misty blue water the long exposure produced but it lost all the definition in the clouds above the mountains as they blurred out. In the short exposure I liked the clouds but the wind was up a bit and roughing up water on the lake, losing the sense of peacefulness. So, I took both exposures and blended the sky into the long exposure so I got the best of both worlds. What a beautiful world it is!
